Hip Hop Dance

Hi everyone, welcome back to Term 4.

This term we have had Lisa from Rasa dance working with each class in the Middle Syndicate on a unique hip hop dance. To listen to the music that the children in Room 6 will be dancing to, please go to the following link in the School website.

STUDY LADDER

Today we used the netbooks to log into the Study Ladder website. We each have our own individual user names and passwords. We can change our 'avatar' face and also the more work we complete the more points/dollars we earn as a reward to spend in our special room. Mr Powell sets different activities for us to complete.

Today was our last day of swimming. We have had such a great time. Here are some photos of our game of flipperball.

Circuits - Wednesday 23 March

There are a number of very cool website you can go to, to learn about circuits. We looked at 2 of them today. These terrific websites can be found on the right hand side of the screen in the section called: WEBSITES - you will see them labelled, circuit 1, 2 etc.

Pirate Day

On Tuesday the 22nd of Feb as part of our research topic about pirates we held a pirate dress up day. The kids came dressed as pirates and we participated in 4 pirate fun making activities. These were - pirate flags and names, treasure maps, parrots and making small swords. It was heaps and heaps of fun.
